New hotel, perfect service, friendly staff, delicious restaurants, early check-in.

It was a very easy to get to hotel. It is modern and has a nice little buffet breakfast in the morning. It has cereal, coffee, cheese, breads, juice, fruit and Paul speaks english too! It would be a lovely place to get married at and have a reception at!! The spa pool was inside and outside, a little cold for my taste but had nice jets and not deep. They had a spa which we didn't use and a very nice gym with lots of equipment! It is a short walk to the center of town that has a party every evening from july thru august!! The resturaunt below the hotel in the Garden is beautiful and very high class! Gardens are quiet and romantic at night!! Over all a nice new modern hotel!! Ohh and hiking mount etna north is only 20 minutes away. Also a zipline park close by too!! Hope you have a great time too!!

The service was terrible. the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the breakfast was a big disappointment.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with lovely views, being either down to the sea or up in the mountains, surrounded by vegetation. It has spacious rooms, some with their own little garden on the ground level, and a large, well-appointed bathroom. the staff is friendly, advice is personalized depending on what you hope to do during your stay. the pool area is clean and quiet, almost like a private one. There are also spa facilities and a restaurant serving gorgeous food, despite breakfast being a bit sparse.

One downside is that the wifi can only be used within the lobby.

This hotel is the perfect place for an exclusive and luxurious vacation. the Spa & wellness center, with its sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage facilities, is amazing. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are stunning, as is the sun terrace with its solarium. the spa lounge is comfortable, and the steam room and Turkish bath complete the luxurious experience. the private facilities are perfect for a romantic getaway, as is the shady garden area. the beautiful view of the sea and the mountain will take your breath away. the restaurant is top-notch, with a wide variety of dishes and special diet menus.

The location is quite remote, and it takes a bit of effort to get into town. the breakfast is great, but the bar area could be a little bit more lively.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The service was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant served delicious food. Plus, we were impressed with the fact that we were able to check in early without any problems. The location was also convenient for us as we were interested in hiking on Mount Etna. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a spa and sauna, and everything was very clean.

Nothing to dislike.

Best romantic atmosphere, amazing views from the balcony and convenient location for visiting nearby attractions. The room had a comfortable bed and beautiful decoration, perfect for a romantic escape. The hotel is close to the hiking trails and famous landmarks of the area.

Worst air conditioning ever, we were hot and sweaty all night and it ruined our sleep. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and did not work properly.
